Our history
Dream, Believe & Imagine was born from a deep passion for empowerment, mentorship, and transformation. Founded by Latricia Ferris, an award-winning mentor, educator, and speaker the organization is built on the belief that every person has the power to rewrite their story and step into their greatness.
Latricia's journey began in an environment where adversity was a daily reality. Growing up around gangs, drugs, and violence, she found strength and opportunity through community programs and mentorship. Knowing firsthand how guidance and encouragement can change lives, she dedicated her career to paying it forward, mentoring over 500 students, leading corporate resource groups, and inspiring countless individuals to dream bigger.
What started as a vision to uplift others has evolved into Dream, Believe & Imagine, a movement that provides mentorship, workshops, and speaking engagements to individuals and organizations alike. Through this work, we continue to help people transform pain into power, rediscover their purpose, and imagine a future without limits.
