Latricia Ferris is a leader, mentor, and strategist with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations toward growth, clarity, and impact.

Her journey is rooted in real-life experiences that shaped her perspective, strengthened her leadership, and fueled her passion for helping others move beyond limitations and into purpose.

Through Dream, Believe & Imagine, she brings together strategy, insight, and lived experience to help others build, lead, and succeed with intention.

Latricia Ferris has dedicated her career to creating opportunities, building leaders, and strengthening communities. As the Founder & CEO of Dream, Believe & Imagine, she has spent years helping individuals, students, professionals, and organizations turn vision into action through mentorship, leadership development, speaking, consulting, and community engagement.

Alongside leading her business, Latricia built a distinguished 14-year career with Comcast, serving in roles across technology, finance, supplier diversity, public speaking, leadership development, employee engagement, and DEI initiatives. She served as Chair of the Women's Network, Chair of the Black Employee Network, a member of Comcast's National Employee Advisory Council, and a member of the West Division DEI Council, helping create pathways for leadership, inclusion, and professional growth.

Her commitment to service extends far beyond the workplace. Latricia has mentored more than 500 youth and emerging leaders, worked with students in juvenile correctional settings, served on nonprofit boards, and invested countless hours into strengthening communities through advocacy, leadership development, and mentorship. She currently serves on the board of Bridge the Gap Colorado and is a member of the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado 2026 Fellowship Cohort.

As an author, Latricia uses storytelling to inspire healing, resilience, and transformation. She is the author of Beyond the Storm: A Journey of Turning Pain Into Power and The Dream Box Guardian. Through her writing and speaking, she encourages others to embrace their journey, discover their purpose, and move forward with confidence.

Her leadership and community impact have earned numerous honors, including the Junior Achievement Green Apple Award for mentoring more than 500 students, the TrailblazHER Award for Community Impact, recognition as a Top 100 Black Educator by My Black Colorado, Comcast Community Impact Leader Award, Comcast Innovation Leader Award, Comcast Mentorship Leader Award, Comcast Military Development Leadership Award, and recognition from Rocky Mountain WICT for her commitment to mentorship and leadership development.

Whether she is speaking on stage, mentoring future leaders, consulting with organizations, or serving her community, Latricia remains committed to one mission: helping people transform challenges into opportunities and build lives rooted in purpose, impact, and possibility.
